Terms of Engagement
Welcome to Star Digital. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms, which govern the relationship between Star Digital and our clients.
1. Scope of Services
Star Digital provides high-end digital solutions including but not limited to web architecture, SaaS development, AI integration, and strategic marketing. Specific deliverables are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property
- Client IP: You retain full ownership of all content, branding, and assets you provide to us.
- Project Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of the final code, design, and deployed assets is transferred to you.
- Star Digital Tools: We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, libraries, and pre-existing frameworks used to build your solution.
3. Payments & Billing
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to pause development or suspend services for accounts that are past due.
4. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all completed work must be paid for in full.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Star Digital is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
